More about Su
From the Mat to the Mindset
At 15, I stood in the dojang for the first time. Martial arts was my entry point—but what really shaped me wasn’t the competition, but the energy work: Qigong, meditation, mindfulness. My master said back then, “If you meditate, you’ll do better in school.” He was right. That was my first aha moment: consciously directing thoughts and energy brings about change.
Inner Strength—On and Off the Stage
What began as an experiment became my guiding thread. Over the years, I’ve learned that it’s not about always feeling good, but about learning how to deal with difficult situations. Stress, doubt, setbacks—these are part of life and sport. In my work with athletes, including Olympians, I am constantly reminded: behind every top performance is a person with all their facets.
We often believe we have to do everything on our own. But that can actually block us: it can make us feel restricted, rob us of joy, and keep us from trying new things. Exploring new perspectives and impulses is not a sign of weakness—it opens doors to possibilities we might not see on our own.
Healthy. Sustainable. Human.
My goal is not for you to achieve your success at any cost. What matters to me is that you achieve it in a healthy and sustainable way—so that you can continue to enjoy sports tomorrow and the day after. Sometimes a single session is enough, sometimes it takes longer support when new ways of thinking and behaving need to develop. I won’t tell you what to do—I help you experience it for yourself. Only then does change become lasting.
Why Swimbikerun
What brought me to Marcel was his extraordinary mix of dedication to the sport and his athletes, clear boundaries, and uncompromising quality. That’s exactly what I want to complement: a holistic perspective that makes you strong—not just in competition, but also for life.
