Quality instead of quantity and a clean sport!
Every journey starts with the first step. Many athletes lead busy lives and look for a way to do their training in a time-saving and effective manner. Career, family, and friends should not be neglected. That's why the quality of training is more important than excessive volume. As coaches, we ensure this is exactly the case because there is no one universally valid formula. But there is a formula for each individual.
Sport must be embedded in your life and must not have a negative influence on those around you. As coaches, we have the same ambition: integration without (over)loading.
In endurance sports, you have to train over a long period of time, stay healthy, maintain motivation, and have fun. This creates the basis for success. This is only possible if everyday life is combined with sport.
As coaches, we will find the right path with you and motivate you in challenging training sessions with fun, understanding, and experience. Our goal has always been to get the best out of an athlete. This can only work if the athlete and coach work together optimally. The key to my support lies in mutual communication and assessment. Some athletes tend to slow down, and others need to be motivated more often.
Everything is based on trust. While you enjoy your sport and have your goal in mind, we organize around you. A realistic and consistent plan that integrates into your life. For us, this relationship is essential because both people operate in a very demanding and intimate area. Coaching is a careful weighing of IS and SHOULD, also on an emotional basis.
Multisport is not about individual sports but about a fixed, interlocking combination and sequence. In all sports, strength, endurance, mental strength, and flexibility must be in balance. Recovery is a sure success factor and essential for training progress. During coaching, an athlete changes. A coach must be able to adapt to changes and constantly optimize the plan with the athlete. An athlete gains physical and mental endurance to endure the stress and master the task.

A philosophy comes from a belief, and this is based on success. We always work in a customer-centric manner because all power lies in the connection between a coach and an athlete. Over the years, we have gained much experience with our athletes and ourselves. You will gain these experiences when you work with us. In addition to the many small local triathlon races, the state league, and running/cycling competitions in all regions of Germany, SBRC athletes, including ourselves, have repeatedly finished internationally:
