Basic packages or individual request

Our service is possible everywhere because all the service packages listed can be done virtually - we have enough experience and are attuned to your needs and technical connections. In addition to the standards listed, we offer unique solutions, such as season build-up in the “Pain Cave,” winter training plans, competition preparation, training camps, or taper plans. These can be combined.
 
You can reach us via Wattsapp, Skype, Teams, Zoom, SMS, and email when we work together. In other words, it can certainly take an hour, but usually not. We try to pick you up where you are. We don't think it's professional to relegate an athlete to next week and leave them alone at the pool's edge. If you have any questions, we're there for you. That's why there are no package differences in calculation or characteristics - only in the frequency of regular and scheduled conversations.

BASIC BUILDING BLOCK FOR ALL TRI PACKAGES

• Screening of your wishes and goals using a questionnaire
• Incoming check: Video analysis by sending or screening, including fitting on site ¹
• Season training plan with Trainingpeaks²
• Competition planning and advice with A, B, and C races
• Weekly adjustment
• Adaptation to the female cycle
• Rescheduling in the event of illness/injury
• Nutritional and material advice
• Competition preparation, including a checklist and nutrition plan
• Professional evaluation of all your data in WKO5
• In Berlin, 1x monthly technical swim training
• WhatsApp-Group-Chat international and for Berlin
• IRONMAN World Championships 70.3 Qualifier received - 3% discount
• IRONMAN World Championships 140.6 Qualifier received - 5% discount
• When booking for 12 months, there is a discount of €10 per month
• If you are an athlete with us and recruit another athlete, you will receive a monthly discount of €5

All offers have a minimum term of 6 months and continue on a monthly base.
